Most of us that have been around XP for a long time are very aware of the flaws as well as it's many excellent points. Banging on about the flaws in every single post, is not good, it's trolling. His only upside is that his arguments are consistent, not well thought out but certainly consistent. Which I might add, is one of the indicators of a troll. And other people keep repeating how advanced XP is and that there is nothing to worry about. I'm happy Greaser is here. I think you need to realize that if you want to keep XP in the market, the yay sayers are not the the people helping you 😉 Laminar Research customer -- Asobo/MS customer -- not an X-Aviation customer - or am I? 😉

Because it is advanced, and there isn't anything to worry about. 41 minutes ago, rka said: I'm happy Greaser is here. Going by your post history, the vast majority of it being in the MSFS forums, this doesn't surprise me in the slightest. You're probably the only one in the X-Plane forums who is happy he's here. Do you think this is a constructive comment from Greazer? "Time has passed it by. The year is 2021 yet it is lacking in so many ways. Reality sinks in, not expecting anything ground breaking in 12 either."? Especially considering he has absolutely no interaction with Laminar, mainly because I know all the people who are working with LR on the next X-Plane. But wait, he always tells the truth, right? Right. 🤦♂️ 41 minutes ago, rka said: I think you need to realize that if you want to keep XP in the market, the yay sayers are not the the people helping you Maybe there are more people who can see past the minor issues, which every software title has, and enjoy what it offers. A superior flight model (Fact or opinion? I'll never tell. 😉 ), a stable platform. Cross platform compatibility across 3 OS's. A gateway for members of the community to submit their own scenery. And more that I really don't need to mention. Maybe most of us just don't care to blow up these small issues into showstoppers. Maybe that's why these forums in here are so quiet. People like to go to dedicated X-Plane forums, where they actually interact with each other, and enjoy what they choose, without anti-X-Planers pointing out how X-Plane doesn't stream scenery from 5 year old Bing maps and it being a showstopper for them. Why is it so important to scream X-Planes faults in a forum like avsim, which is, obviously, biased towards MSFS? What are you and Greazer expecting? Austin or Ben Supnik to come in here and personally address them? People who make big deals about X-Plane's problems in a forum that has very little to do with X-Plane, (with the exception of a tiny corner of the site), are obviously trolling. There's a difference between complaining about something, and asking for help. Most of Greazer's issues with X-Plane are easily solved. I've even offered to personally help him with a few things, if he sent me a log file. He never did. Put 2 and 2 together. Edited August 18, 20214 yr by GoranM

One more and we are majority 😄 Laminar Research customer -- Asobo/MS customer -- not an X-Aviation customer - or am I? 😉

This one is really beautiful 😄 Almost missed it. Bro, as of now the WORLD is biased towards MSFS. This is like the point of all these sense lacking discussions. In your eyes, the emperor has clothes on, we noticed that... Laminar Research customer -- Asobo/MS customer -- not an X-Aviation customer - or am I? 😉
