August 5, 20214 yr I have noticed anybody else mentioning this but I use the automated ATC (let co-pilot take over) and when coming into land a few times I have noticed a landing instruction from ATC followed by an acknowledgement by the co-pilot, that seems to get stuck in a loop? Their tempers do not seem to increase but it is a bit monotonous listening to them looping the instruction/acknowledgement until one or the other exhausts their patience. I have only noticed this since SU5 and it is not at every landing. AMD Ryzen 7 5800X on ROG CROSSHAIR VIIl DARK HERO (AM4), Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080 V2 OC and 32 GB Vengeance Pro Ram 3600MHz. August 5, 20214 yr The loop was happing pre-SU5. Rare, but annoying when it happens. Just have to wait it out. And, like you said, at least they don't get mad about it. 😉 ...jim ASUS Prime Z790-E, Intel i9 13900K, 32Gb DDR5 Ram, Nvidia 3090 24Gb, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500 GB and 1 TB, Samsung Odyssey G9 Ultrawide 49" G-SYNC Monitor.

August 5, 20214 yr This generally happens to me as well when I select my approach on the GPS or Aivlasoft EFB v2, then my copilot ask to change the destination (which in fact remains the same) and ask for clearance, once given by ATC, the copilot will acknowledge it and immediately repeat the request for the same clearance and so on. My work around in such cases is to untick the copilot handling of ATC, continue manually for the next step with ATC and then re-activate the copilot, everything is fine then. Generally speaking though ATC is far from being fully operational, more often than not, I am unable to request an IFR clearance from my point of departure, sometimes once airborne, and lately, I am not even able to communicate with ATC at all, I can get ground and request for taxi and take-off as well as tower, but then I am told that I am outside of the controlled area with no further option available, so for me it is broken and in need of a full overhaul.
