Surely a mistake. So I went to dev and turned on dev FR counter. Same thing. Then I locked my frames at sixty. FR counter is now reporting 85+ -Braun Braun, What is your monitor refreash rate set to? You say V-Sync is on and set to 30 FPS, i take it thats MSFS graphic settings? Edited August 7, 20214 yr by Nyxx David Murden. Hi, odd that you ask. The morning of the update (Friday) I popped my MSI monitor from 60 htz to 120. Never gave it a thought until now. Do you think that explains the high numbers? And yes, I was refering to MSFS program settings for refresh / vsync Edited August 7, 20214 yr by btacon

Do you think that explains the high numbers? When your monitor refresh is 120, "30 fps" limits the framerate to 60. In game menu: 60 = refresh rate 30 = 1/2 refresh rate 20 = 1/3 refresh rate Who knows when they will fix it... 7800X3D | 2x32 GB DDR5-6000 CL32 | RTX 5080 | Alienware OLED 34" | 1 Gbps fiber

V-Sync on = thats fine it does just that. Now....when it says 30 FPS it shoud say 1/2 your refreash rate so when set to 60hz you did get 30 FPS, but if your screen is set to 120Hz it trying to give you 60 FPS 20 FPS should say 1/3 so if you on 60Hz yes it gives 20FPS but if your on 120Hz it will set to 40 FPS. So I would keep you 120hz and set FPS to "20" or set to 60Hz and then all is what it says. David Murden.
