This needs to be set to 0 otherwise the livery can cause CTD or massive FPS loss to users if it spawns as an AI or Parked plane. Please make sure you have this set to 0 on all your repaints. From MSFS SDK "Setting the isAirTraffic flag to TRUE (1) allows the game to use that variation as a parked (grounded) passive aircraft, and potentially as a part of the "Real Online" air traffic. If a plane variation is marked as isAirTraffic, it should be an optimized variation with a lower level of detail, and therefore it should also be marked as "isUserSelectable=0"."

I'm gonna assume that if this was causing any havok out there, we would have heard about it by now, probably to the point where the option would have been removed by this late date.
