October 22, 20214 yr Does anyone have a WORKING link to FSim Studio's DISCORD page? The link I have is no longer valid and they aren't to interested in keeping a customer base by monitoring their FB page.
October 23, 20214 yr One other thought is via Orbx of which FSim Studios is now a partner. On the Orbx page they provide this support address: https://www.fsimstudios.com/contact this link works for me and for support it provides the following email address: [email protected] Maybe this helps?? October 23, 20214 yr Speaking of FSStudios , does anybody have their GPU going insane and major FPS loss are their airports ( especially CYVR and CYLW) especially at night? I can use 4xSSAA at FlyTampa, Flightbeam FSDT airports with ease , but try that with a NGXu or even the MJC Q400 and FPS dip to below 30 and GPU is running at 99%. Dialing down to 2XSSAA or even better 8XMSAA improves it , but still some night lighting just kills the GPU ( i have a 1080TI) and running at 1440p resolution. This is running both 4.5 and 5.2HF1 Edited October 23, 20214 yr by planechaser change

This is running both 4.5 and 5.2HF1 Usually that's a result of the heavy GPU workload incurred when doing all the dynamic light calculations from multiple landing/taxi light sources reflecting off the airport building and pavement surfaces. Try turning off some of the exterior lights, e.g. outboard LL, runway turnoff lights, and/or taxi lights and see if your GPU load drops. And dynamic lighting plus any level of SSAA is going to be a heavy hit. Even at 4K on a big screen, I think 4xMSAA has long been an acceptable compromise at night.
