Unable to install downloaded material

When I go to my Content Manager, and then Not Installed tab, I see there are 55 items available. Now, most of them, aren’t of particular interest to me but some are.

However, when I select one (like San Juan Islands 1.3), there doesn’t appear to be an option to ‘install’ it. It just shows that it has been selected, but there’s no next step.
Am I missing something?

The one step download/install option should be in the bottom right corner of the Content Manager.

So when I looked in my Community folder, I see the folder San Juan Islands 1.3 (which tells me that it actually IS installed correctly). I looked in the folder and it has a bunch of sub folders for each island, and each of those contain json files.

So maybe the sim just isn't recognizing that the scenery is installed? Unfortunately, I'm not sure how I can confirm it...

I believe this is your issue.

The folders containing the json files (manifest.json and layout.json) MUST be in the community folder. They can NOT be in a subfolder in the community folder. You will need to move the subfolders in the folder San Juan Islands 1.3 folder into the community folder itself.

PS. This is where the Addon Linker utility shines. Highly recommended for managing addons.
