November 30, 20214 yr Really a great looking airplane, I look forward to it! Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?
November 30, 20214 yr Pretty sure I've seen it flying around near Honolulu in multiplayer lately so maybe getting close.

Developer's Corner™ - Wing42's Boeing 247 - Twitch I had to write notes to remember how to start Tante Ju (I posted to hints on Avsim), those tiny 3 levers on the right of the 52 are never correct if I don't check the notes. (Asobo doesn't believe in manuals, LOL). I'll be fling notes for this Boeing, too, looks even more difficult, (and more fun) ! 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. March 6, 20224 yr More news... A few more details about the depth of the simulation that Wing42 is trying to produce. The electrical system, which is also simulated in depth in the 247D. Fuses in the electrical panel, which can melt and paralyze critical aircraft systems. The oil system, realistically from all parts of the aircraft, with real-time calculations for several parameters such as temperature, pressure, viscosity, etc. A feature often in demand is when you close your simulator and come back later to find the aircraft as you left it with all the specifications. The Boeing 242D will be the most successful aircraft on msfs. https://wing42.com/boeing-247/?v=11aedd0e4327 Guillaume ASUS ROG STRIX X870 ▪︎ AMD RYZEN 9950X OC 5.5 GHz▪︎ ASUS ROG ASTRAL RTX 5090 OC ▪︎ 32GB 6600 Crucial Ballistix ▪︎ Windows 11 Pro (25H2) ▪︎ 4x Samsung 990 Pro 2TB NVME SSD (OS Drive et MSFS) ▪︎ Corsair RMX 1000W 80 plus Gold PSU ▪︎ LIAN-LI ODYSSEY X black case
