Altitude is currently crashing the P3D HTML context menu, which GSX, SODE, and another addons are using.

You need to edit Prepar3D v5\Gauges\Missionpanels.cfg

Make sure to backup the file first!

[Window09]
change:
html_file = menu;
html_instance_name = MenuPrompt;
to:
scaleform_file = menuwindow;
scaleform_instance_name = MenuPrompt;

[Window10]
change:
html_file = ATC;
html_instance_name = ATC;
to:
scaleform_file = menuwindow;
scaleform_instance_name = ATC;

[Window11] ; for GSX
change:
html_file = Menu;
html_instance_name = SimConnectWindow;
to:
scaleform_file = menuwindow;
scaleform_instance_name = SimConnectWindow;

The numbers of individual Windows might be different, simply follow the parameters and identify the Windows through them.

Worked for me also.  Thank you so much!  I was getting very frustrated.  I think FS2Crew should put out something to all users on this issue and fix.

That's why we have a support forum.

If users have issues, they're supposed to come here... at least that's the theory 🙂

UGCX is not working for me in P3D v5.3 HF1.  It worked fine in 5.2.  I have always used SHFT+U to bring up the UGCX menu.  I confirmed that the kiey binding is still set to "Tow Plane Request", which it is and has always been. When I'm ready for pushback I disable GSX then hit SHIFT+U but nothing happens.

Could the fix that djchema posted be the solution?

Try it, let us know.

Unfortunately that did not work.  I also tried changing my key assignments, both for the UGCX menu and for just starting out by asking for a computer defined push (tow rope release key assignment).  Neither worked.  Going to reinstall UGSX and see if that fixes it.  Will report back.

Are you using the UGCX 2.3 public beta?

Yes, it was 2.3 beta 1.  Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have fixed it.

And how do I get 2.3 version?

I got a link from you via legacy FS2Crew site, but that message dissapeared somehow 😞
