December 17, 20214 yr Nice cold and clear skies over Valdez (PAVD). Then after landing, saving the flight and coming back to the sim later, the weather was quite different. Moments after this screen pic it was a white out, quite disorientating. December 18, 20214 yr Author Thanks everyone, I like Valdez, the glaciers, the bay and the ships that sail too and fro 🙂 And the weather is usually either snowing, raining or overcast. I was testing a fuel flow gain table of N1 percentages to tune the engines so to speak, Cheers Ryzen 5800X clocked to 4.7 Ghz (SMT off), 32 GB ram, Samsung 1 x 1 TB NVMe 970, 2 x 1 TB SSD 850 Pro raided, Asus Tuf 3080Ti P3D 4.5.14, Orbx Global, Vector and more, lotsa planes too. December 18, 20214 yr Great shots. I did a similar flight out of Valdez a couple of days ago (in MSFS). The weather there can change fairly quickly 🙂 Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080

Hey thanks, I do have a highly tuned P3D (especially within the prepar3d.cfg), also running my own rolled tomato and reshade varieties. In particular a reshade luma sharpen filter which has both a sharpen and brighten effect depending on how it is configured. Plus running a DSR screen mode for the improved resolution and AA effect it provides.
