December 22, 20214 yr Wind turbines are placed everywhere where OSM had any wind turbine at the time they gathered the data. No matter how big or small. The only exception I can think of are small wind turbines on buildings. Unfortunately for now it is impossible to remove windmills, but it is coming soon according to devs.
