Is there any point in adding the Teraflora to ORBX trees or are these just two different addons that basically does the same thing? Orbx said that you can run them all, and they all 'add' to what their visual purpose is. So...I run all the HD stuff and both trees that I own.

I was referring to the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Bridge (specifically the section that spans the bay between San Francisco and Yerba Buena Island). Well John...I could not resist the 40 percent off Orbx has right now....they are NOT Orbx...they are really the BORG...." Resistance at 40% off is futile!"... I just bought Washington (installing now) and both Cali's...and Oregon....with the performance of my present P3D...and I know that I will always have this on my system...always...that I wanted to get the current Orbx TE's...while they are still available, and obviously at the 40% off....for you never know...Orbx could be off the Net...at any time...for any reason....like any other company today...so wanted them ON MY SYSTEM, ------------>TODAY! 🙂 At 29.99 AUS, you get the whole state in photoreal for the price of one normal cost airport! Like I said...DONE...SOLD...installing States.... Hoo Haw! 🙂 Going to have fun this Monday, flying up and down the West Coast, and the state's interiors...rubber necking... Alrighty, , for I have a 2 TB Samsung EVO SSD waiting in the box, ready for installation...and soon will let the poor gal go into drawer-retirement, ..... P3D v5.3 HF1 LF is good...Life is good...Flight Simming is good. All is good...Happy New Year! Edited January 3, 20224 yr by Sesquashtoo

Sorry, I see now...comparing photos of the real bridge vs. TE, the good news is there’s a suspension bridge there (vs some water level concrete thing or something), but it doesn’t have the distinctive X shaped trusses on the piers. If you're like me and don’t know SFO beyond the airport and South San Francisco area it’s passable for VFR but if a favorite landmark it’s not as nice.
January 3, 20224 yr I have only visited the San Francisco Bay area once in my life (1995), but I added lots of freeware scenery packages to the high resolution photoscenery in Flight Unlimited 3, so I became intimately familiar with it. January 4, 20224 yr I don't know if my original thread from the Orbx Forums will be visible here, but this summarizes all the "red" issues for the TE products. In short, all of the West Coast TE products have red tints. https://forum.orbxdirect.com/topic/198249-true-earth-north-california-is-way-too-red/ John Howell Prepar3D V5, Windows 10 Pro, I7-9700K @ 4.6Ghz, EVGA GTX1080, 32GB Corsair Dominator 3200GHz, SanDisk Ultimate Pro 480GB SSD (OS), 2x Samsung 1TB 970 EVO M.2 (P3D), Corsair H80i V2 AIO Cooler, Fulcrum One Yoke, Samsung 34" 3440x1440 curved monitor, Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant, Thrustmaster TPR rudder pedals, Thrustmaster T1600M stick
January 4, 20224 yr For the record, the worst areas of the old Horizon photoscenery of Great Britain were the ones that were over saturated with red. The landscape colours in the ORBx TrueEarth version of Great Britain are much more consistent and realistic.
