I just did a trip from KGUP to KLAS at 14,000 feet.

The 414 can be a thirsty girl when ran hard.

MP 32" at 2500rpm gave me 160kts indicated with a groundspeed of 193kts and that's with a 9kt headwind.

Slurping the juice at 31.gph per side.

Was at almost full gross weight at takeoff for the 1hour 40 minute flight.

Climb performance when heavy is excellent even from a high altitude airport like KGUP which is at 6472 feet.

Love those turbos!
