January 20, 20224 yr This old thread on tripadvisor seems to imply that they do land from the seawards side when the wind is right. Or perhaps you were asking why flight simmers always approach from the hill side? 🙂

January 20, 20224 yr Great video Rob! I couldn't help but notice the windsock (direction and estimated wind speed) as he was touching down...a definite tail wind approach! In the sim, St Barts is always a challenge for me (AS Twotter & Carenado PC-12)...actually do (consistently) much better at SABA with the Twin Otter!
January 28, 20224 yr Lovely plane and airport combo...! That's a challenging runway to land, for sure, even in the SIM...!
