January 27, 20224 yr A default plane well worth considering is the Pipistrel Virus. It has great visibility as the doors are transparent and the stall speed is reasonably low (just 42 kts). You also get a top speed more like 150 kts if you need to get moving, niceties like glass, an auto-pilot and constant speed prop and best of all an air brake if you spot something and need to get low and slow in a hurry.
