Photogrammetry comes with its own high res aerial imagery and in many cases I think its much more realistically colored than other areas.  Sometimes it seems too brown but I get the feeling that if all the area was that same color set, it might be right.  Many PG areas, like in the pic below, look great to me.

But it got me to wondering if people who do not run with photogrammetry on get the benefit of these higher res aerial images.  You can clearly see the border on the right of this pic.  The PG area has much better ground and building colors.  The autogen area is pale and just not right.

This is just a bit north of ShellHarbour Australia.  If you DO NOT use PG, please post a pic of this area.

I don't want to though.  and some here swear by autogen so I thought they could show me what they see on their sim and we could have a comparison.  I know what I see.  I want to see what others see.

For example, I saw a person claim that YPPF was surrounded by multi story buildings in their version of the sim.  I see none in my sim.  Why is this?  I want to see what others see and so I ask.

It takes about a few seconds to switch off PG and switch back. Then you will see for yourself... Dont be lazy, or is there another agenda at play here?

My agenda is to see what others see and it does me no good to see what I see on my system.  Its like the "YPPF is surrounded by multistory buildings" statement I saw.  No it is not.

I see so many complaints about melted buildings and horrible graphics and yet, in most cases, PG looks really good to me.  No it isnt perfect but it isnt some nightmare apocalypse either.  Me seeing my own system is pointless.

What do YOU see?

I am sure we all see the same thing if we all use the SAME scenery and settings.
WU7 will be different then default, graphic settings will also influence what we see.

Guess others will see exactly the same you see....

About melted PG, i had that problem and turned off PG. But after SU7, PG has worked flawlessly for me. Only sometimes I get melted buildings, I guess its a overloaded server issue..

For me it helped to turn off the "rolling cache", no melted PG at the moment.

Never used rolling cache, so thats not the issue on my end, but it happens so rarely now so its not an issue,  but before su7 PG was always melted everywhere I tried, except in New York and Miami.

When PG loads correctly we see the same thing, and when its melted we also see the same thing when that happens, if we turn off PG we will also see the same thing. Im not really sure where your going with this thread, what is the point? Are you saying we lie and melted PG is not a thing?

Nobody is understanding the point of this thread hence no one will bother to post a pic. And you can easely compare yourself without posting here. 

Again, what is the point, want a picture of melted PG, google it you will find plenty... want too see how it looks without PG, turn it off or fly in an area without PG. How hard can it be?

Honestly, just a few clicks in the Sim and you have your answer...
