Flightbeam KSFO

Featured Replies

I installed KSFO in P3Dv5.3 but the default airport buildings are still there. The default buildings are covering up the Flightbeam buildings.  I used Airport Design Editor to create an exclude file for the entire airport but it didn't change anything.  I posted the problem on the Flightbeam forum but they never reply to my posts for some reason.

Which version of KSFO?  Is it their original, or the newer HD one?  Also, if you read their disclaimer, you need to submit a ticket through their support system as they do not guarantee support answers on their forum.

Go to your scenery library and ensure you have Flightbeam KSFO at the top of your scenery list, this way it will show above default scenery.

Jerry,

I'm not sure what the problem might be, but I'm not having any problems with the Flightbeam KSFO.  Are you running it through the "Add-on" side of P3d.  My director location is C:\Users\bill\Documents\Prepar3d v5 Add-ons\Flightbeam-KSFOHD.

I Earned My Spurs in Vietnam

I have no such issues with the KFSO-HD version of this scenery.

Hello Jerry,

If you see default buildings after installing KSFO, it's likely due to conflicting addons. It's likely you have Orbx Norcal, a KSFO AFCAD downloaded from AVSIM library or a different KSFO addon installed.

You can use your Addons and Scenery Library tools in P3D to disable suspected addons to see which one it is.

Our forums have a pretty clear message at the top. That's why we have a support system in which we respond to every email. We did not receive an email from you.
