I just quickly scanned their user manual (https://www.rdpresets.com/uploads/1/0/9/4/109489185/rdshade_manual_v1.0.pdf) and while it doesn't have a direct reference to EA, it does show a number of options for modifying vol clouds, so I would assume so.

Absolutely, you can choose between EA or original mode and than you get the tweaks show for each mode :), the EA tweaks are very detailed as well as the original cloud mode

loving it so far, really been wanting this since day one of V5

Is it possible to reduce/increase the level of haze in EA mode or in non-EA mode?

Absolutely, you can change everything, some great presets included as well

I am more interested in a version of their EHRD Rotterdam package that could match the quality of the FlyTampa Copenhagen Kastrup scenery in that video....
