Worf's Cessna 340...

Featured Replies

Yesterday one of the women who was in my weather flight and her husband were driving through Roswell and took us to lunch.  Her husband just retired as an American Airlines captain.  He reached the mandatory retirement age.

He told me he was in Southern California last week and is negotiating a price for that Cessna 340 with Michael Dorn.

Mary was in the weather flight for about 4 years before leaving to become a forecaster at Little Rock AFB where she met her husband who was then an Air Force C-130 pilot.

They have a home on a private airport park where you can keep your airplane in your garage.  They used to own an American Yankee.  A couple of summers ago they flew out here and spent a weekend with us.  He took me up in the Yankee and that was the last time I ever got any stick time.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

If they acquire that C340 hopefully you get an invitation for a flight with them

I probably will get such an invitation.  He took me up in his American Yankee a couple of summers ago.

Can it land at Sto-vo-kor? And has the acquisition of this "bird of prey" been sanctioned by Gowron and the high council?

It can land anywhere there's a runway I think.  I doubt Worf would be putting it up for sale without letting the high council vet the sale first.

Well make sure the cloaking device is disabled for the sale please. 😒

I remember Michael Dorn in a slightly different role.  Probably did not/could not afford a C340 at this time.

That was CHIPs, Stan.  I used to watch it all the time.  I don't know the name of the guy standing next to him, but he was a pilot on the show.  His father had a crop-dusting business, and he was always taking time off to help him out which led to something in the espisode.  He was also teaching the Eric Estrada character how to fly in a J3.

We used to get it in the UK.

Is this Worf's Cessna?
