August 1, 20223 yr As of today (August '22), is there a general community consensus around what King Air mod is the better of all of them? If you fly the King Air, what is your improvement mod of choice?
August 1, 20223 yr I don't use any of them - it's not a great product imo. It uses a completely incorrect avionics package. I rarely fly it. However, there is a analogue king air package coming soon - payware, but might be worth it! Will also support TDS GTN Xi and PMS GTN https://www.justflight.com/product/steam-gauge-overhaul-analog-king-air | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

I flew the 90 & 200 in the rw and spent most of the time on the analogue panel. the last couple years with a G1000 (bloody wonderful once this old dog got used to it all). I always liked the analog panel and the auto pilot was so straight forward to use.....though I would have loved a Garmin750.
August 1, 20223 yr I am with Ryan on this. The best 350 simulations available are the Milviz version for P3D and the Airfoillabs version for XP11. I bought the Carenado P3D version a few years ago, while I was waiting for the Milviz to be released. I only flew it a couple of times and never touched it again after the Milviz version was released. I would not expect a Carenado 350 to be a significant improvement over the default 350 in MSFS, simply because systems are not their forte. The Black Square interior package for the default Cessna 208 is quite nice. I would expect that their 350 interior package will be the best available model for quite some time to come. Peter
August 1, 20223 yr I'm looking forward to the steam gauge version. For sound, FTsim's sound packs are way better than default, imo. I like his business model, join his patreon for one month for $2 and you can dl everything you wish. When the month has ended, you can cancel. https://www.ftsimplus.com/msfs2020.html More content here, https://www.patreon.com/FTSIM/posts?filters[tag]=MSFS
