August 16, 20223 yr I'll bet this has happened to a fair few users here, but it's the first time it's happened to me. After a many weeks of no major problems, suddenly today I can't get past the initial loading screen. I've done the usual (simple) voodoo: 1) Rebooted PC. 2) Disabled all Community addons. 3) Cleared rolling cache and content.xml. 4) Checked MS Store Library for updates. 5) Checked for Windows [10] updates. August 16, 20223 yr @Adamski_NZ Try without internet connection if that solves, and if yes try then with internet on, I read somewhere one possibility could be a corrupted file in the cloud and it can be solved so, because it creates a new one so.

August 22, 20223 yr I'm having exactly the same issue, but have not been able to resolve it from any advice that has been given, including what has been suggested here. Any more suggestions from anyone? FIX: Sign out of MS store, sign out of Xbox app, restart PC, (important bit that I had previously missed, must clear the cache or something) then sign back into MS store and Xbox app, start MSFS. This worked flawlessly for me. May 21, 20233 yr Greetings from Florida New to Flight Simulator, and I am having the Syncing Data problems discussed earlier in this thread. I have been able to get te software numerous times after reinstalling and a few prayers but then the next day I am back to the problem. I have been searching for solutions the will resolve this problem vs a temporary fix. Can anyone here refer me to a new solution to this problem? I am only recently have been using a trial version of the software via Game pass on my Windows 11 Pc but have my doubts about buying if this is going to be a constant problem Thanks Dee Retired living in S.
