Your engines are running. Start cold and dark like the videos.

when engines are running it still works via INIT but the FPL is the loaded into the SEC FPL page (and not the active FPL). Go there and activate it. works like a charme here for many months now

Yup, I assumed that was what the OP meant with SEC AOC?

No answer here (you already looked at the SEC FPL page, I presume, because I also don't know what SEC AOC is) but just so you (and everyone else) know(s): you do not have to load the plan into the EFB before you can load it in the MCDU. The two are not linked in any way. You can load the plan into the MCDU without even turning on the EFB.

The second part isn't mandatory: you can also load the plan into the MCDU when you use a turn around state. No need to start from cold and dark for this.

This is likely irrelevant but: I have a Simbrief Pilot ID and a Username. They are not interchangeable, ie Navigraph only reacts to the Username and Aivlasoft EFB only likes the Pilot ID, as does Simbrief.

This is the only contribution I can make, sorry.

The great feature in loading the flight into the EFB is it also loads fuel and passengers automatically according to the Simbrief Flightplan. Then you automatically get the Weight and CG to enter into the MCDU.

I know and I (of course) always use that function. I just meant to say it is not mandatory to load the SB-plan into the EFB before you can load it into the MCDU. The MCDU and EFB are not linked in any way. But yes, I'd say you are nuts if you don't use the SB-integration. 😉 It's absolutely great!

even if not (I seldom do to save time) it works (should) via INIT and then SEC F_PLN like I just did for my current flight from ESSB to EBBR

Sometimes I have had to toggle Init in 2nd Fltplan once or twice before it loads, so if it doesn't load the first time, don't give up.
