Sneak Peek of Missoula International (Montana Scenery)

Featured Replies

Here is a small teaser (sneak peek) of Missoula International, which I am now working on full time.
Hopefully there is some interest in it.

Release date is scheduled towards end of this year, but I hope to get it out a bit earlier if at all possible.

KMSO - Missoula International Airport
(now just called Missoula Airport since 2021)

Note: If anyone is familiar with my KLGU airport, then this airport has a much better starting aerial condition. This aerial enhancement preserves more details because the aerial started out as much better quality than Logan (which looked like someone dropped a bomb on it).

Includes:
Render of the Brand New $65 Million Dollar Airport Terminal (which just opened June of this year)
Extreme high detail of the interior airport, with all custom animated people checking into security, walking, etc...
Several area campgrounds rendered and enhanced (live animations of people BBQ'n, dancing, fire juggling, etc...)
Every airport text and sign has been hand crafted for maximum clarity (as if you were really there)
200+ Sq Miles of Enhanced Aerial Imagery (exactly how much is to be determined)
Multiple custom animal animations around the river areas (wolves, fish, birds, moose, elk, wildlife fights, etc...)
Animations of People Fly Fishing, Hunting - Archery, Kayaking, Rafting, and other Boating in River Areas
At least 2 Bonus Bush Airports included (may add more if time)
Parts of the surrounding area rendered (how much is to be determined)

Note:
Will post a few more screenshots as they become available...

I am working on multiple airports, but this is my priority now.
Had not flown into Missoula in a while, and when I did a few months ago in MSFS, then I immediately
remembered how this place has some magic just waiting to be unlocked.
The approach looks incredible, especially once all the enhancements are completed.

Looks like an interesting destination!

This is great. I fly in/out of here to/from KBOI a lot. It will be nice to pair this with Verticalsim's KBOI scenery.

Is looking good so far! I always enjoy flying in that part of the U.S., so more destinations to fly in and out of in the sim is great!

Last October my wife and I drove to Missoula from Oregon and we spent about 1 week there and the surrounding area. Our goal is to retire there. Beautiful country and I for one will be a day one buyer of your scenery.
