It's amazing how different the sim is for everyone.

I had (mild) Fenix sutters when compared to the super smooth PMDG planes ever since the Fenix was released. The last Fenix update fixed that for me. It runs just as smooth as the PMDGs now. 

The A310 (enhanced) also runs great for me. The only issue I have with it is that it says Pending* when I try to connect to Simbrief.

I've got my monitor set to 60Hz and I run 1/2 Vsync. My FPS (he few times I've looked at it lately) are always sitting on 30 for all 4 aircraft (737, 738, A310, Fenix). DX12 has even started running well for me. I couldn't be happier. A few weeks ago, I was suffering with stutters jealously reading posts from people with no problems. Now, I'm one of them. I dread knowing that it will change again.

The inibuilds A310 has worse performance for me than any other plane. This was true in the initial version of 40 Aniversary MSFS, and is still true now with the beta.

It has got a little better in the updated beta 40 Aniv MSFS

KBUR  is my worse APT for stutters. Not a big problem in the A310 elsewhere, although FPS are lower than any other airliner or GA everywhere.

I get 40fps on the ground and 60fps in the air. I had to fiddle with settings there's nothing wrong with the coding.

I get better FPS in the A310 than I do the FBWA20N
