Hmm...I don't have the annoying notice.  It just has the marketplace greyed out and it says I'm offline in dropdown.   It's ugly reminder of how beautiful game is when online.

You have to go into settings, data, and turn yourself back from offline to online.

The game turns it off on its own.

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

I usually have two or three a week.  Had one today and it said I had lost connection and to check my servers, or something to that effect.  Mine, just as always, I just wait and in less than a minute it says, connection restored successfully.  I just keep on flying my flight plan.

I think it's overloaded servers.  This is all new to them and I don't think they were prepared for so much traffic.  Same happened during the update last week.  So many on at one time.

If the green "reconnect" box pops up within about a minute, photogrammetry etc. remain as they were. Any longer than that and it gets disabled (PITA).

The overloaded servers problem is *absolutely not new*. People have been complaining about it since way before SU9.

SU5 was when they became more of an issue, it eventually settled down but the past few months have been pretty bad for a lot of people.
