November 21, 20223 yr Actually, I wanted to fly straight from here to Skagway, but there are so many really interesting spots around this area that need to be visited that I decide to take the slow approach. Yes, I will get to Skagway…eventually 🙂🙂 First let us check out “Rusty Barge” It’s a freeware scenery available at the .to site That’s the barge that gave this place its name Did I say that this fantastic scenery add-on is freeware Let’s slowly head north towards our next stop. The island ahead of us is the Sullivan Island and I fly along the Chilkat Inlet Before I land for the night at the Glacier Point airstrip, I want to explore the Davidson Glacier. Canoes are used to get up the glacier river and as it appears, the water is extremely clean Glacier Point airstrip And this will be our 5* accommodation for tonight 😉 Thanks for viewing Edited November 21, 20223 yr by bernd1151 Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
