Hello:

I'm using steam version of MSFS.  I installed MSFS onto my "D" SSD drive.  D:\MSFS\Community where all my add-ons appear to be installed. 

I also have a community folder inside my: C:\Users\(name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages.

So where should my add-ons install?  

I notice I have duplicate RWYs at FSIA because I have an add-on for that airport.  

Here is my content exe

<Priorities>
  <Package name="fs-base-nav" priority="1"/>
  <Package name="navigraph-navdata-base" priority="2"/>
  <Package name="navigraph-navdata" priority="3"/>
</Priorities>

So I'm not sure how to place FSIA "above" navigraph since it's not appearing in the content exe.

This is your "real" community folder. I have MSFS on Steam too.

OK.  Thanks.  So is there any reason why my airport add-ons aren't appearing in the content exe?

“With SU10 on, the way the content.xml file worked has changed and now it only works when you need to set "priorities" for the loading of your add-ons into the sim.”

Here there's an interesting article that helps to explain the new way (from Navigraph, but it applies to every add-on) this file works:

Thanks.  But I guess it goes back to my original question.  Why do I have duplicate scenery and how do I fix it?

Option #1:  You have a duplicate scenery add on ( freeware or payware ) inside your community folder. FIX: check for a duplicate and remove from your community folder.

 

Option #2: I can see you have installed Navigraph, you can try temporary remove both Navigraph folder from your community folder and check if this action resolved double runway glitch at FSIA.

I  never installed an addon FSIA . But I did a search in File Explorer for "FSIA" in the Official folder. There is a file called raw_cities.txt. It has a line :

FSIA:SEZ:SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL:MAHE:SEYCHELLES:004:040:027:S:055:031:018:E:00004:-4.674:55.522

You could remove that line from that file temporarily to see if there now are no longer any duplicate runways.

Of course you can go to content manager and in the searchbar type FSIA. To see if there is something that  can be removed using content manager. 

Thanks everyone.  I’ll try suggestions. I don’t have any other add ones except navigraph and FSIA. 
 

Maybe there’s something wrong with FSIA.

Your double runway issue at FSIA , it's "fault" of Navigraph data. You can confirm this , removing your both navigraph folders from your community folder.
