Was loving FSLTL but all of a sudden the injector doesn't work anymore. Can't remember if this corresponded to an update. Basically the prompt window opens when I start the injector and then just closes again. Tried uninstall reinstall to no avail. I tried both solution found on the FSLTL website under Support FAQ i.e delete the config and or moving the outside the community folder and use addon linker. Problem persists. I'd try the Discord for help but to register an account there, guess what you have to be able to receive a text message! 😵Some of us over 55 don't even have cell phones and we ain't ever getting one no mater what!

Anyone want to help the luddite fix his problem.

I indeed wanted to propose the deletion of the fsltl-trafficinjector-config.json file but you already did that.
Not a fan of Discord here either. I simply do not understand what people see in that system. It must indeed be an age thing I guess.

Me neither, finding a certain channel is OK but once in there it's a jungle of messages after messages after messages.
How one can find the info what he needs is just beyond me. Forums are 100 times easier to follow. And don't talk me about GitHub either...
 

There was an update recently so maybe something happened during the update process. Their discord also has a forum under the support section.

You say you tried uninstalling, was this just from the flybywire app or also the app itself?

I'm very suspicious of the internet these days. I posted my issue yesterday and am just now looking at the responses. I've just checked the injector now again and it now works. I did nothing since with it since the last time I tried to get it working. I wasn't working for several days. I tell the internet it doesn't work and the next day it works.

I think I recall something similar earlier this year. WTH is going on?😲

 

Hahahaha, Never mind that. Conspiracy theory! LOL.

The difference was that I didn't have the base pack active in addon linker when the injector worked. Then when I activated the Base pack in addon Linker the injector crashed again. Hmmm, must be something corrupted in the base pack? So I deleted the base pack and re-installed it. Everything works fine again.

Once again I solve my own problem.

Couldnt agree more. For some bizzare reason you cannot post on Discord until you have provided your phone number and been "validated". Nope.
