January 2, 20233 yr  The Elite II update to this plane is amazing, VNAV, Auto throttle, increased operating weights/ranges! And all this as a free update to the existing package! I just had to give her the right badges since I'll be flying her often! 🙂  Here she is at KATL getting ready for her first 2023 flight. KAJIN departure off 8L.....saying goodbye to Atlanta off my winglet She will be one of my most-flown aircraft in 2023 I'm pretty sure, just so fun (and easy) to fly. It is my goto aircraft since August. Steve, would you consider a generic livery to replace badging of other liveries with your Elite II badging? I have one from TO that similarily replaced default badging with Elite S. Edited January 2, 20233 yr by fppilot Frank Patton Corsair 5000D Airflow Case; MSI B650 Tomahawk MOB; Ryzen 7 7800 X3D CPU; ASUS RTX 4080 Super; NZXT 360mm liquid cooler; Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 4800 MHz RAM; RMX850X Gold PSU;; ASUS VG289 4K 27" Display; Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo, Crosswind 3's w/dampener.  Former USAF meteorologist & ground weather school instructor. AOPA Member #07379126             "I will never put my name on a product that does not have in it the best that is in me." - John Deere

I have one from TO that similarily replaced default badging with Elite S. I may work on a livery, but pretty busy with PMDG and iFly paints at the moment. The livery above is just a simple color change...you change 2 "paint chips" in the livery folder and you can have the base (yellow) color and accent (brown) color.  The files to add the Elite II badging to the engines and fuse are pretty simple to install manually.  The problem with putting it on flightsim.to, even with detailed instructions, sadly a lot of simmers just want a drag n drop and I don't have time to create all the other files necessary to do that. Send me a PM and I'll send you the files and simple instructions to get the Elite II badging on any/all of your HondaJets. In a matter of moments I can change the color like you may have seen in a post over in the MSFS forum (This teal/green is my wife's favorite colors and she was a passenger on this flight to Cancun, lol)  @John F Thanks John...she's a great plane...both in sim and real life. Tom Cruise owns/flies one and he could own/fly just about any plane he wants...a true aviation buff (like John Travolta), and we can only simulate the planes they fly for real.  Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here Â

Steve! I have mastered the two "paint chips", LOL! For my flight sim activities I fly a schedule following games of adopted sports teams. Here in orrder are my Baltimore Ravens (NFL), Clemson Tigers (FBS football, my 96 year old WWII vet Dad's alma mater); and St Louis Blues (NHL) liveries. But I have no idea how to determine the location for branding or other identifying graphics. Wish I did as I would love to place team emblems on each of these. And these are not standalone liveries. One is an altered Hjet Blue livery. an altered Hjet Yellow livery, and the other an altered Silver livery. So I recolor the chips with DXTbmp/Photoshop and replace the two files in the default liveries. Actually, for these I also have a freeware addon livery loaded that provides the yellow trademarks. So I personally did not recolor those elements.  Edited January 3, 20233 yr by fppilot Frank Patton Corsair 5000D Airflow Case; MSI B650 Tomahawk MOB; Ryzen 7 7800 X3D CPU; ASUS RTX 4080 Super; NZXT 360mm liquid cooler; Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 4800 MHz RAM; RMX850X Gold PSU;; ASUS VG289 4K 27" Display; Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo, Crosswind 3's w/dampener.  Former USAF meteorologist & ground weather school instructor. AOPA Member #07379126             "I will never put my name on a product that does not have in it the best that is in me." - John Deere
January 3, 20233 yr Awesome for so many reasons Steve.  I worked real jets there for years, I live close to KATL and boy do I miss it, and I was wondering about what the update was all about.  Auto throttle is a huge bonus, I’ll be using this a lot too!  And yellow, my favorite color 🙂 Many thanks! You mean something like this? 🙂 I'll get with you and either show you how to do this or just send you the teams you want....I'm pretty busy with real world stuff in the new year, but may find a little time to share my knowledge. 😉 Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here Â
