Like I mentioned, appreciate your feedback as a customer but there is a certain way I do things. They will not change because they are the reason Flightbeam has survived for so long and has accumulated 40,000 customers.

I'm sure you're aware, but this one person doesn't speak on behalf of your full customer base. I suspect most of of us are totally content with the way you communicate and do things so keep at it.
I used to be at a well modeled airport on a daily basis that the sim dev could never catch up with but it didn't detract from my usability in the sim. When I needed to see the updates and feel completely immersed I just went to work. 😉

Keep the blue part on top...

Well this is currently the problem, customers want endless updates to all airports, all at the same time, for free. The Concourse B expansion update took about 4 months to create, and released for free. What you are demanding would require paid updates from customers, and this would cause an uproar, so unfortunately that is not possible. Free update is the only option.. and that requires funding from sales. This takes time.

As far as SFO, many customers have been asking for screenshots as regular updates. So don't post anymore screenshots, keep customers in the dark and just release the scenery as a surprise?

I never demanded anything.  The word wish does not invoke a demand.

I never even gave you feedback.  I was just musing about the state of my 2 most important airports. Something just struck a nerve apparently. It sounds like you are unhappy with the customer base and thier demands and are projecting it on to me. For the record, I agree that you should be paid for these massive updates where a whole 1/3rd of the airport has to be done.  I think you are kowtowing to a small vocal set of customers and losing a massive amount money in the process.  The customer is not always right.

Surprise?  No but I wouldn't show shots that look completed knowing the product is still months away from release.  It's not the fact that developers show previews, it's that they show previews of areas that make the product look closer to release than it is.  I do not understand why, it's not like you need to generate buzz 6 months in advance. I don't frequent your (or any developers) forum or website because I have learned that the previews don't mean anything regarding level of completion or release.  I get my news from here or FSElite. Also, on developers forums 90% of the posts are like "Please make some obsure airport that wont make you any money" or "When is <airport in development> going to be released."  And the answers are always vague.  So other than true tech support there is no purpose to visiting developers sites.

I will sit here and wait for these updates and releases, but that doesn't mean I can't muse about them.

Can someone make a mod to remove statics at Flytampa KLAS? Flytampa could care less despite the requests.

Yeah I tried this in the past and couldn't get it to work. Found out it was a scenery order thing last night and is now working.
