February 1, 20233 yr No word from LM but speculation is there will be no more versions of V5 and V6 is currently in closed beta. Again, this is all speculation until LM officially announce their future plans. Orman

They did pre-announce v5 a few days before it launched but usually when updates come out it's the first we know of them. Unless you're a beta tester, and if you are, you can't tell anyone anyway. The smart money seems to think that they're moving directly to v6 next and there is apparently a private beta going on (we only know this 2nd hand, though, LM has not said anything publicly). It is LM's policy (as announced in the past) that they do not provide release dates or future plans/roadmaps. They are being consistent with their announced policy. February 3, 20233 yr Don't need much more in V5. Just fix what they broke with airport parking layouts and fix the bloody dark cockpit issues. Outside of that it looks and performs about as good as I can expect out of a V5 at this point especially with modern HW. V6 may not even be a P3D it could be a different title altogether if we are talking about the version done in Unreal and it may not even be available to general public. The fact is none of us know right now... So for me I will keep racking up long haul hours in the 777/787 and not worry about a future version until LM say something themselves which will probably be 8 minutes after it's released LOL Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
