Wow, that very clearly shows the increase in speed after touchdown. In fact, it happens twice in that video. I have never seen that on my PC as far as I am aware. If it is somehow connected with rudder movement on the ground (as Pavlin has indicated above), then maybe it is significant that I use AutoRudder? I tough the same, I am now, not using autorudder from the controls menu, also I turn off the Yaw Damper on the 747/777/787, because I think that affects it too.
