EGLL is on v3, which has many performance optimisations despite containing more detail than previous iterations.
You can now turn off those features you don't want to have displayed, which will slightly improve performance further.

Be aware that while iniBuilds' have improved performance, their sceneries may not play as nicely on some PCs as other highly detailed airports might, say, ones from Flightbeam.
Without knowing your PC's specs, it's not easy to either recommend or dissuade.

On my PC (see specs in signature below), I can throw the FBW A320 into EGLL with Orbx Landmarks London, 50 AI aircraft, TLOD at 180, other settings at 'Ultra' or slightly lower at 'High' (such as clouds) and hold FPS between 28 - 30, even when the extra scenery detail starts to appear at short final / flare.

Performance at EGLL has come a long way, I’m quite happy with it in terms of my expectations for a mega airport in a major city.
