"the flexible pilot"

"the im a hero pilot"

"the how do they get up in the morning pilot"

"the I just dont want to work pilot"

"the im new and young and will have any duty so long as its hours pilot"

"the can I swap that duty for this duty because its worth a staggerin £10 quid more in allowances pilot"

"the you know id love to help you, but this time I cant, type of pilot (they never helped you once)

"the when is my command course type of pilot"

"the surely he should just retire by now type of pilot"

"the rubbing hands on trousers whilst eyeing up the crew at briefings type of pilot"

Where do you fit on the grid?!

A pilot who is classified as a 9.1 is a person with few people skills and expects that his every command will be obeyed without question!  A hero pilot!

On the opposite end of the scale is a 1.9 pilot who is more concerned about pleasing everyone rather than concentrating on the job at hand.  A new FO is an example of this who is afraid to question his captain.

The worst of all is the 1.1 who is just there to do his time.

We should all strive to 9.9!

Hmm, I should think 5:5 would be the best choice! 🤔

Dang...after retiring from the USAF I was kinda hoping I'd never ever see another Myers-Briggs grid...  😉
