Okay, so they've managed to reclaim di-hydrogen monoxide up to 98%. The next question is "how are they going to handle the solid waste product?"

That could probably be recycled to produce some sort of food. 

If this food from waste experiment is successful, the powers that be will mandate this for us common folk.

Or they could just drop it into the universal garbage dump otherwise known as Earth's atmosphere.

I'm sorry. I was thinking of the residue from the urine. I thought there couldn't  be any way to process poop into food but maybe I was wrong:
