Where's your evidence that it's Microsoft that is the unnamed commercial partner(s)?

They said it was only possible due to their commercial partners

Excellent news but we don't really have official plane addons for P3Dv6 (besides Majestic and yes we can install A2A etc but no pmdg, FSLabs etc).  Also no orbx (sure we can registry hack it but then again it is a pain)

All addons work fine. I stream every week showing this

Those would probably be Lockheed Martin’s commercial partners. See my previous message.

There’s no evidence this has anything to do with Microsoft. I suggest you refrain from commenting further on that belief and keep your discussions to the product itself in P3D v6.

It says on their website that their commercial partners made it possible. FACT

It clearly states the link to P3Dv6 which means Lockheed Martin. Now I suggest you desist. No further posts from you will be approved on this topic. Final warning.

When I see FSLabs and PMDG products in v6 I will buy this new Chaseplane. For me it's always the same problem: support of my addons on one platform (right now it only happens in P3D 5.4).

@Ray Proudfoot  Maybe this thread should be locked then. If people want to talk about chaseplane v6 someone can open a new one?

No need. Topic title is relevant. There won’t be any further erroneous suggestions.

The last two posts have been hidden as they’re off topic. Stick to ChasePlane.

Adam,

Thanks for the heads up, information and the links.

I purchased, installed and working great (limited testing).

My older Chaseplane purchase for P3Dv4 and V5 still working great.

Default folder:

C:\Program Files\Parallel 42\ChasePlane

I have all sims on one PC so I did not install CP for P3Dv6 into their default folder.

I made a new folder :

C:\Program Files\Parallel 42\Chaseplane-P3Dv6

Special note: Thank you Chaseplane .

Thank you for the set up idea. Nice to hear the v6 version of CP does not have any impact on previous versions

Good news for CP users. I am not one of them but I know this was a major sticking point for many. Hopefully this the start of a wave of devs seeing the light!

Is anyone here using ChasePlane with a multi-monitor setup? I had a lot of trouble with window focus taking control inputs away from CP and so stopped using it some time ago. I think I had emailed them about it way back but was told this wasn't going to be fixed.

I'd love to use it again if this is no longer an issue or someone has a workaround.
