Just noticed that the MSFS Carenado M20R is now available on Simmarket and on Carenado's own website

I've no idea why this has happened, whether it means other Carenado model will follow etc but it does maybe open the door to user modification of this plane ?

(Also it's been available on Simmarket since 2023-07-30 which is.... impressive)

My guess is not enough money being generated through the Marketplace.😶

They very likely had an exclusivity deal with Asobo/MS that has now ended.

Very unlikely, there are very few users left that actually wouldnt buy on the MP. The bulk of their sales is already way way behind them now.

That would be my thought as well - apart from people who choose to "double-dip" in order to get an unencrypted copy of the plane.

Ok, I should probably change 'a lot' to 'some' 😉

If a very recent release hadn't made me dump most of my other aircraft I would probably have bought this again just to get one I could tweak to my liking but I don't have any interest in flying this one any more so they are a little too late. But they will sell more so it's a welcome move.
