Unwanted Assistance Notifications

Featured Replies

Hello:

For some reason, all of a sudden, all sorts of "Flight Assistance" items appeared. I was able to turn off most of them, but still have on the bottom right and left of my cockpit view assistance on airspeed, Engine 1, Engine 2, Fuel, AOA, Flaps , trim , altitude.

Anyone know where I would shut that off?

Thanks,

Dave

Hi,

The same thing has happened to me over the past couple of days - most annoying!

Basically, you just have to go into your assistance options and turn off pretty much everything (at least that is what seems to work for me).

However, even after doing that, while I'm good for my flight, the next time I launch MSFS I have to go through the whole process once again.

Regards,

Scott

This happens on my system too from time to time, often after updates. However, lately I got it change from nowhere. This has to be fixed, messing around with settings it very annoying.

This little exercise just showed me why I have had CTD' on my last 2 flights when I haven't had one in a year.... Something switched me to DX12 instead of 11...UGH!!

I reinstalled a payware aircraft a few weeks ago, the result was all assistance was turned on.

I "reinstalled" one yesterday; guessing that's what caused it.

How do I turn them off in 13.26.2.0 ... found some postings online, but nothing up-to-date ...???

They're still in the assistance menu. Options - Assistance Options. Set everything to hard.
