November 14, 20232 yr Anyone who’s using the MSFS beta noticed the Fenix AP simply cannot follow NAV at some point during ANY flight ? Its starting to rock violently left and right till AP disconnects. MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28

It is set to 'low'. Also this mostly accrues at high alt with no turbulence. As you can see in the video its like the letteral NAV starting to fight itself and over correct left and right. At other cases it goes on and on till its 90 degrees bank and AP goes off MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28

You're probably right, I use the FBW 320, not the Fenix, and didn't have any problem with it yet using turbulence on realistic. I have turbulence in flight but nothing that the plane can't handle. Maybe the beta changed the way turbulence act on the plane and Fenix will need to update their code, or it's an issue with the beta and Asobo will need to fix it

It's frustrating when you're the person that is affected and others apparently aren't. You may just have to wait for SU14 to come out of beta and for Fenix to look at it. 43 minutes ago, Alvega said: There are threads with people complaining there is no turbulence in flight (like this one) but Fenix recommends setting turbulence to low. Go figure. Everyone's favourite subject! It depends on the aircraft. I had to stop flying the FSR Sting S4 because turbulence would manifest itself as a very mechanical left and right shake (whipsaw yaw action) in benign conditions. There needs to be more appropriate turbulence. None on a winter anti-cyclone day, some on a windy day, more on a hot day and all the turbulence to throw your aircraft around like a jumping bean in a hurricane.
