December 11, 20232 yr With this fourth patch, all previous anomalies with the autopilot are resolved and now the P2012 flies just as you would expect. Good work by the FSS team! Changelg below. -B ** Update v1.0.4 available** -------------------------- Hi @everyone, as promised here is yet another small but important update to the P2012. We improved the autopilot key bindings. It should now be safe to use TOGGLE AUTOPILOT MASTER event (aka "z"-key) to turn the autopilot on and off without actually switching the AP MASTER button which caused issues to a few users. We also updated the documentation in that regard: https://docs.flightsim-studio.com/v/tecnam-p2012/introduction/difference-training#autopilot-engage Additionally the fuel flow is now pretty much corresponding to the performance charts. It's the closest we can achieve within the MSFS environment. Available now in Contrail and in Aerosoft One. **Changelog** - Improved fuel consumption - Increased nose wheel rotation angle to improve turn abilities - Changed AP key binding events to prevent AP master switch toggling (see difference training) - EECS pre-flight-test back to normal operation
December 11, 20232 yr I was just about to do the same post - all seems good now with the Tecnam Traveller 👍
December 11, 20232 yr Thanks, I had this one on my radar for some Cape Air flights, looks like it’s time to jump in. December 11, 20232 yr Agreed. It might have taken me a week to be able to install it, but boy was it worth the wait. This is my favourite aircraft in the sim at the moment. Love it! There's an odd 'FADEC Prop' governor sound, a moment after you apply full throttle .... but, if you watch the (real world - Alpen Air) video that FSS provide as an introduction to the P2012, you can hear that this sound in the sim version is absolutely spot on! It sounds like the engines initially over rev, and then are 'caught' a little late by the governor, bringing the pitch to a standardized level. When you watch that video you realize that the sounds in the model are literally identical to those in the video of the real plane.
