X-Plane12 Pacific North West KORS -> KHQM

This region of the America has to be some of the most scenic for flying low-and-slow and two of the airports KORS (Orcas Island) and KHQM (Bowerman) are two of my favourites from the FSX days.

Here is one of my favourite flights done inside X-Plane in a Cessna 172 and it's still as scenic as I remember :)

Totally agree...Tony. Even in FSX, these were some of the best regions to explore in the SIM with add-on sceneries...

Thanks. It's Washington TrueEarth, but I replaced the trees with more accurate XP12 versions.

Lovely shots Tony, and I still hugely enjoy XP and TE - magic combination! When you say you replaced the TE trees with XP versions, is that a bit of super clever stuff or would an word not allowed like me be able to do that?

The TrueEarth series is the best, I can't say it enough. The first advantage in any case for a product of this age and which is not the least and which surprises me each flight, is that the whole scenery is sharp and clear in realistic natural colors.That makes all the difference.

Great shots!  I've a feeling TrueEarth for XP12 is going to make me feel like I did when ORBX first brought their products to FSX.
