Thanks for the advice though, I’ll look into it further! So, do I put my monitor res back to native 3840x2160? I currently have my upscaled res 5760x3240 from my DLDSR 2.25 set as my monitors res. That's what Island recommends. I've yet to try it though. Let me know if 5760x3240 looks better with monitor res back to native 3840x2160 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

HOWEVER the only thing I don't like with the sim being 5760x3240 and my monitor native (3840x2160) is that the MSFS Dev mode options at the top are not properly scaled and you cannot click on anything. March 7, 20242 yr It's obvious to me, RTSS works sometimes and not, running sim unlocked gives the best performance overall, no doubt about it, apparently the settings are very hardware dependent, but for my pc is unlocked with G-Sync on both full screen and window + low latency on ultra superior to all settings I've tried, there's no need to tweak any more, everything works optimally for me, I'll will finish my tweaking now and enjoy flightsim Nirvana 😄 System: I ASRock X670E | AMD 7800X3D | 64Gb DDR5 6000 | RTX 4090 | 2TB NVMe | Seasonic Vertex 1000W I LG Ultra Gear 34 UW I

Same, can't see any difference. Besides G-sync not working if resolutions are different. I do get proper scaling in dev mode though. Not sure how. I've struggled with this a few times, trying to aim the mouse pointer at something. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
March 8, 20242 yr yup so that is the only difference between the two resolutions that I've noticed. Jay| PPL ASEL || Ryzen 7 7800x3D | MSI GeForce RTX 4090 Gaming Trio 24Gb | ASUS X670E-E ROG Strix | 64GB G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB DDR5-6000 | x2 32' 4K | Windows 11

March 8, 20242 yr I don't get screen tearing with the two different res's, I just turn v-sync on in NVCP and its great, how can I see if my G-sync is working? Not working = visible screen tearing, especially with fast panning. To be extra sure, it might be possible to bring ip an overlay on your monitor. I've got that feature on my OLED, but it took some time to find. 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5
March 8, 20242 yr Ok thanks for clarification, then my G-sync is working no problem with the two different res's.
