Nvidia's Github isn't showing it yet either. No changelog notes either, although prior versions have only shown a generic bug fixes and performance improvement note.

i did it manually, don't use swapper.

Swapper can be used.  Download the new DLSS file, then use the import menu in DLSS Swapper.  You can then install to MSFS and your other games as usual.
