May 22, 20242 yr I asked this question when msf2020 first came out with mixed and somewhat vague responses. Now that the sim has been updated several times and there seems to be greater activity, I'm asking again. In MS FSX, the "horizon line" could be manually aedjusted with "Q" and "Alt-Q". This was an easy way to setup a somewhat nosedown view for cruise and an exaggerated nose down view for approach and landing. Although not very intuitive and a little cumbersome to use, it gave the user exactly selectable horizon position on the screen. I can find nothing at all that resembles this in msf2020. So...is there some other way to adjust the relative height of the horizon line using some type of aircraft specific camera settings ?

May 23, 20242 yr Pressing the space bar does it for me. And then pressing it once again to return to your normal view. Or press 'F' to get back to the default view. Or as one of @Adamski_NZ posts references above, use the various arrow keys etc. to make a custom position, then press cntr-alt-1 (or other number) to save it. Recall it at any time using alt-1. This way you can use up to ten custom views using the other numbers, and they are custom to each individual aircraft. You have to use the top row number keys, not the numeric keypad numbers (like Xplane does), or it won't work. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). You can set your keys to anything in the controls options - I have plenty set up. But under the standard MSFS system, the Ctrl-Alt X / Alt-X system uses the top row numeral keys by default. If you try using the key pad keys during this stage, it won't work. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).
