Navigraph doesn't yet provide data in V3's data format.  You must Convert the updated data using the Data Converter in the Data Mnt Utility, accessed via the Utilities tab of Settings.

I'll try to made simple flight plan. I set departured and arrival airports. Then I set SID works fine, set STAR accepted an show in plane, but when I chose APPROACH they dont accept and show in plan and clear my STAR.

To see the approach on the plan and map, you must press the "Activate Approach" button above the flight plan.

If you have the ATC Assigns STAR option checked in Settings, then when you enter a STAR, P2A will check if that STAR increases the total distance for the plan by more than the set Max Procedure Bloat % in the FltPlan tab of Settings.  If it does, it will remove the STAR.

Unchecking the ATC Assigns STAR option or increasing the Max Procedure Bloat % will prevent the STAR from being removed.  I have mine set at 40%.

I really enjoyed P2ATC in the past, and was thinking about going to V3. I currently use PE for West Coast but I'm looking for East Coast coverage for GA VFR and IFR.

-Can you request your approach in-flight, or does it need to be selected at the start/file stage?

-Can you depart VFR and pickup a clearance while airborne?

-How well does it handle deviations, requests for "direct to" to cut corners, etc? Or are you stuck with the full route you filed, with no changes possible?

-Is there any option to request or get issued unpublished holds?

I'll made FPLN then validate and FILE. But someting strange is with COM. File frequencies do not write on Pilot to ATC V3. I could not even put the assigned frequencies with my Xsaitek panel. The format show in V3 is very strange. In V3 they show me format 11800.00. On my old version V2 all works excelent.

You should contact Navigraph to see when they plan to start providing V3 data.  I, unfortunately, have no control over that.

This is a number formatting issue.  See the FAQs on our website or other posts in this forum regarding this issue.

I know many of you have been waiting patiently for the ability to purchase the software.  We now have a "Purchase Now" link at the bottom of the V3 Downloads page and a Purchase Button on the Blue opening screen of the program which will take you to a web page where you can select to Purchase either the Full License or the Upgrade License.  

The upgrade license option will be available through January, 2025.  After that, only full licenses will be available for purchase.

Dave I'll try everything writen in FAQ but no result. In version 2 everything is work excelent with my settings.  Here you can look issue in V3 on my computer.

i manage to try a full flyght in v3, traffic still not appear, chatter is working, also after taxi on take off request it took 3 minutes and keep the windows circle, until i hear clear to take off....., also i notice if i clik on approches, it dosen[t show ILS, only strait aproches, then i import from simbrief and it shows the ils, but again i cannt choose other runway with ils because only show atrait approches, i did the new airac import like in the video. Also it appears that simbrief id desappear again, i can only confirm after the end off this flyght

another thing in chatter it wont stop if i click speak or atc is speaking, i can hear chatter at the same time i think in v2 this dosent happen

It's the last FAQ on the page.  We've discovered that your Region setting in Windows needs to be set to English-US. Or at least the Decimal Symbol must be "." instead of "," and the Digit Separation Symbol must be "," instead of " " (blank). Apparently Windows is causing the display and string conversions to/from numbers to mess up.

This is a temporary fix until we can find a work-around in V3 so you don't have to change the region in Windows.

Make sure your Mon button is off, otherwise you might be hearing chatter from the 2nd Coms channel.  

Also, occassionally, the frequency swap gets missed and you need to Swap frequencies again to get ATIS to standby and your Clearance or Ground to active.
