No excuse to be spending all of that time on Discord while not even acknowledging the "other" paying customers who are in the official support forums just waiting for days for any type of update... 

There is no message in the GSX support forums redirecting people to Discord so there should absolutely still be support in the official forums.  

This is the worst experience I've had with GSX and FSDT support in all my years since the very first version of GSX years ago...  

 

Ironic that just this week I was praising them and pointing other users to the official forums for support and when I ended up there myself I can't actually get support and ended up having to completely re-install my PMDG planes.  

There seems to be have been an update for GSX today... v3.0.8.The Discord channel indicates some fixes for the passenger issue. Take a look at the GSX Change Logs channel.

Maybe that is of some help?

Thank you @787flyer 3.08 did seem to resolve my 777 issues.  I still have to try the 737.  At least this version didn't cause me to re-install all my PMDG planes! 

I also want to personally apologize to @Noel @V1-Rotate and @JonathanC for my comments in the other thread as it turns out the official support forums provided no support, Discord gave me a headache trying to figure out what section to even go into and in the end it was only another user here at Avsim that informed me of 3.08 which resolved my issue.  So Mea Culpa and I do apologize.

Hey, it's all good. Appreciate the apology but really there was no need, I didn't see anything offensive in what you said to me.

I have no issues with you or anyone really, I was just a little tired of the dev's way of responding. He did respond to me in the thread, but really I have no beef with him so simply wished him good luck and moved on. Personally, I don't like his style, but that's just like, my opinion, man. 

I'm sure he has many satisfied customers and generally many people do like GSX, so perhaps some people are just unlucky. I know that I am not likely to buy his product, but that doesnt' mean I don't want him to succeed or something like that.. this is just a hobby for me, I'm no keyboard warrior 🙂
