I'm on 3.0.7 GSX and everything works fine except one thing! if start flight at the ramp/stand, after cargo and crew loaded, passenger bus never arrives!  I'm thinking  I'm doing something wrong, or perhaps there are settings that I'm missing. In contrast, if start at the gate everything works as expected . Does anyone have any suggestion? Thanks!

I can't tell for 320 but in 777 if you lock cockpit door passenger disappear . As soon as you unlock and open it they are sitting in their seats!

I would highly suggest the FSDT forums.  There seem to be a number of different issues users are encountering the worst of which causes your add-on planes to disappear resulting in a total install of your add-ons.  Your issue may be as simple as a livery or GSX setting or could be something more complicated like others are running into.  

Add on liveries do not appear to be working, some users are hit or miss with official liveries, some users have ended up with corruption that they were able to resolve by changing liveries and GSX settings, some of us have either lost our add on aircraft altogether or on the flip side re-installed our aircraft only to have GSX disappear.  

Definitely some teething pains but I am sure Umberto is already on it...  Hence why I would recommend trying to troubleshoot over there.   

I have both these problems, the crew board and the crew bus stays where it is and passengers never board. If I chose the option not to board pilots and crew then the passenger bus arrives but they disappear a few steps after getting on board. Opening the cockpit door makes no difference. I have the same problem with passengers on 737 800. Have tried to post on FSDT forum but waiting for my registration to be cleared.

I think all of your issues have already been raised in the GSX forums so fingers crossed if Umberto resolves the issues for one of us they will resolve the issues for all of us.  

I just got my 777, 737 and GSX all re-installed and working again but none of the seated passengers are working with my PMDG official liveries so also waiting to see what the fix is... 

Well, I found on the forum people have the same problem. I uninstalled my GSX and installed again. According to developer it suppose to fix the problem, but it didn't - pax bus doesn't arrive on the ramp. Very frustrating 😞

Yeah, I have uninstalled/re-installed as well and tried both the house livery and the United livery for the 737.  Neither worked.  I am now rebooting to try the house 777 livery to see if that works.  Also waiting on some suggestions on the GSX forum.  I am not using the bus but the jetway and passengers board then disappear.   Seems like a number of users hitting issues with this GSX release the worst of which will prevent the add on planes from even loading and result in a total reinstall. 

Next option will be to try a default airport to see if that works.  If I was on the sideline still I would definitely be holding off the upgrade LOL.  

Edit:  Looks like someone else already tried the multiple airports option and that didn't help either so it's just waiting on the dev for some direction at this point.

Hi all, is there any update in this?

I have tried to post on FSDT forum but after a few days I am still waiting for my registration to be approved.  From reading in the forum there doesn't seem to be any fix.

Actually I have to say the support in the official forums has been abysmal, non-existent even.  Considering those are the official support forums and the Developer even came here to tell people to post there the fact you have numerous users complaining of multiple issues the worst of which is GSX causing airplanes not to load at all there has been ZERO and I mean ZERO updates or engagement in over 3 days on the official forums and we are all awaiting an update to an obvious major issue however my understanding is the developer is troubleshooting on his unofficial discord channel while we all sit around with our fingers up our bum on the official forums...

Really not a good showing.  I mean at least give an update in your official forums that you are working the issue on discord if that is the case, the total absence of communication at all on the official forums is very poor.

I appreciate it Pete, thank you and perhaps I will go down the Discord route later and this is in no way directed at yoiu but there are a lot of people still using the "official" support forums and waiting for the developer to say "anything" related to this problem.

No excuse to be spending all of that time on Discord while not even acknowledging the "other" paying customers who are in the official support forums just waiting for days for any type of update... 

There is no message in the GSX support forums redirecting people to Discord so there should absolutely still be support in the official forums.  

This is the worst experience I've had with GSX and FSDT support in all my years since the very first version of GSX years ago...  

 

Ironic that just this week I was praising them and pointing other users to the official forums for support and when I ended up there myself I can't actually get support and ended up having to completely re-install my PMDG planes.
