I have an issue with my Hdr being washed out. I think?

I have tried to calibrate it and everything else.

Textures were super crisp but now washed out I thought it may be a driver issue or perhaps the dpi port cable?

Or msfs itself

Or my GPU or monitor going out?

Any thoughts of how I can fix it?

Samsung g5 34 2k

Thanks

Mike

I'd check your ingame graphics settings first to make sure the series of recent updates haven't changed any of these settings.

Check your Nvidia settings too or AMD if you have one of those.

I usually empty or rename my community folder as one of the first steps too in case there is an issue or conflict there.

Blurriness is often caused by a reduction in the anisotropic filtering, so check that specifically in your MSFS and video card settings and of course anti aliasing too.  Make sure you are not on FXAA or some other horrible setting - the only ones to use are TAA or DLSS (DLAA or performance).

Is HDR switched on in both windows and MSFS?

What you describe is more likely to be software settings rather than hardware.  How do other applications look?

How about your monitor settings?  Mine are a bit fiddly and sometimes I can accidentally change them with the on/off/menu button.

Are you using MSFS alone or are you using a frame generation app>  Have you put any dlss files into your msfs content folder?

It was on I have colorgrading 1 now

And tweaked nvidia color settings.

Much better now.

Don't know why but after the latest msfs update having colorgrading 0

Seemed washed out.

Weird.
