MSFS Sightseeing in an airliner

As you will see, this flight does not take a direct course from Salzburg to Stuttgart. Instead, I first fly to Lake Constance, then to the Black Forest and along the Rhine River before I change course towards Stuttgart

 

 

 Above Lake Chiemsee

 

 If you enlarge the picture, you can spot the Neu-Schwanstein Castle above the plane’s fuselage

 

 Above part of the city of Lindau

 

 Lake Constance

 

 The Mainau Island. It’s very similar to Butchart Gardens in Victoria, BC

 

 Above Strasbourg

 

 And finally approaching Stuttgart

Straight line flights are not always the best, Bernd. 🙂 Glad you wandered off course for that Chiemsee shot. I was there once (boat to the island) in real life.

Nice, my definition of a perfect day would be on a 727, seated in the rear for engine sounds and some sightseeing around beautiful Germany.
