FSHUD support forum?

Certain developers are using the forum-like structure, at least for certain parts of their discord. For example FSHud uses these for its suggestions and support forums, so there is a title assigned to each thread. I should add that the support forum is not a substitute for raising tickets - if you ask for help for all but the simplest of queries you'll be asked to raise a ticket so that the developers get more information, including logs.

See, already I am lost. I have FsHud in Discord, but I see nothing that allows me to make a ticket. (not that I need one at this time).

Support tickets are submitted via the app which will automatically attach the log file.

What I dont understand about discord, as far as I know, it's possible to have a forum-like structure, but no one is using it.

They do. As far as I'm aware, FSHud, Fenix and TFDi use a forum-like structure.
