December 3, 20241 yr With a bit of rummaging through the controls menu I managed to find and assign a button on the yoke, which sometimes worked, other times not. I’m currently using a different joystick so don’t have it assigned. However I’ve found if I put the cursor on the upper windscreen then rapidly tilt my head up in VR the toolbar magically appears, then if I move the cursor away and rapidly look down or to the side the toolbar will disappear. I don’t know if that’s a feature or a bug, or whatever, it doesn’t work all the time, it’s a bit hit and miss. 787 captain. December 3, 20241 yr I have found that when you toggle the VR toolbar, it doesn't always appear, as reported here, but moving the mouse then triggers it to appear. I have been using this methog to avoid leaving the flight and re-entering. Sometimes the toolbar appears squashed/distorted, but at least useable. It is disappointing that VR has been left in the state that it has at launch, particularly when so many resources have been set aside for the arcade elements of the MSFS 2024.

December 7, 20241 yr I’m lucky in that just changed my broadband and got game pass for a year as part of the deal so will see if vr gets playable, in that time as currently constant crashes using a quest 2. If dosnt improve back to msfs standard as that works great I purchased that outright 3080rtx on a i7 12700k with 32 Gig ddr5. 2gig Ssd Quest 2 Windows 11
